Graduate student of the department Oleksandr BIDAKOV took part in the ISSVA scientific event. ISSVA – The International Society for the Study of Vascular Anomalies – held the ISSVA “Debates & Updates” 2023 specialist meeting in the format of a 3-day congress held on April 19-21, 2023 in Boston, USA. The format of the event is hybrid (those wishing to join could do so virtually). The ISSVA Congress is a platform where specialists from various fields dealing with the treatment of vascular tumors and malformations meet. The purpose of such a conference is to provoke a lively conversation among those present about the urgent issues of treatment of vascular pathology after each presentation. Each report or submission for a report is selected, this year there were 169 presentations, of which 60 were approved for audition. Among them is Oleksandr BIDAKOV’s report “Treatment of non-involving congenital hemangiomas (NICH) with bleomycin electrosclerotherapy (BEST)”.
